Mississippi FIRST Tech Challenge Home
Welcome to the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) in Mississippi. FTC is a head-to-head competition between teams of students in grades 7-12 who are responsible for designing, building, and programming robots in an annual game. Awards are given for the competition as well as for community outreach, design, and other real-world accomplishments.
FTC is more than a robotics program. We are a community focused on building a better world for tomorrow by engaging students in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). FTC is about teaching students the value of hard work, innovation, and creativity. It goes beyond competition by teaching teenagers the importance of working together, sharing ideas, and treating each other with respect and dignity.
